RETURN POLICY

 

We will refund or exchange your item if requested within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition and you show proof of purchase.

There may be circumstances where a partial refund or credit is possible, please contact us with questions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will be
applied to your credit card within a few days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double check your credit or bank account and contact your credit card company (or bank), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your
refund, please contact us at karen@setoutscreenprinting.com.

Clearance items
Clearance items will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same or similar item, send us an email at karen@setoutscreenprinting.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
